About the CEO

About the founder and CEO, Anthony T. Lee

To the citizens who want to know more about the founder and CEO of PATHS Corporation, I am a God fearing man, born in Indianapolis Indiana. I am an everyday citizen, high school graduate, with 30 plus years of facilities reengineering, space planning, PCB fabrication, estimating, technical illustrations, logistics management, and engineering technician experience.

After high school I started working as a telecommunications equipment and PBX installer where I installed PBX telecommunication equipment and communications cables. Tested the connections to ensure that adequate power was available and communication links work properly. Installed the frames, supports, power supply, and telephone sets and jacks. Installed software and programed the equipment. Dug trench to lay cables. Installed conduit, cables and
communications equipment in offices, and buildings that were under construction.

After that, I started working as a draftsman for the government, where I worked with a top secret security clearance inside of a secured facility where I need to punch in a code to get into the drafting room where I served as lead technician for conceptual and preliminary design and installation of printed circuit board, digital and analog circuits utilizing controlled impedance, SMT and thru-hole components. Single/double sided PCB's. High-density and multilayer PCB's, up to eighteen layers. I also designed and developed PCB Assembly attachments, accessories, and mounting hardware to operate and meet the overall requirements of various equipment, using electro-mechanical drafting and troubleshooting of various types of equipment, schematics, wiring diagrams, and assemblies using inside and outside micrometers, multimeters, and voltage testers. My work was performed on various equipment such as; core avionics; mission avionics, precision guided weapons, and ground support equipment such as helicopters and fighter jets. For those of you who have never heard the term "electromechanical" drafting, and are wondering what kind of drafting that is. In this case, the electromechanical drafting I performed was the drawing of electrical schematic symbols and the PCB signal paths you see on any motherboard "electro" and the mounting hardware and ejection clips "mechanical" you can see on any motherboard, usually used to connect smaller circuit boards like your computers RAM or video cards, to the motherboard.

I also served as technical writer/illustrator for the Technical Publications Logistics Development division where I researched, developed and revised preliminary and final drafts of standards for (ORR&R) repair manuals for a variety of complex equipment for various navy ships, submarines, core mission avionics for helicopters, fighter jets, facility shop machines, testing and diagnostic equipment, chillers, boilers, and other facility equipment to ensure they meet all regulations, standards, and applicable codes. I served as liaison between manufacturing and engineering to identify problems, summarize and solutions, wrote step-by-step installation, certification and acceptance test procedures for new equipment including drawing 3D exploded views for illustrated parts breakdown drawings. Certified the avionics equipment approved for use when the equipment successfully passed inspection in accordance with established procedures. Conducted on-site inspections, testing and investigations for new and existing equipment to determine conditions or cause of inefficient operation. Reviewed operating logs, inspection reports, repair sheets, to evaluate the condition and unit efficiency of existing equipment to write the preventative maintenance requirements.

I then served under the Regional Director as contracting officers representative for construction projects responsible for managing real estate development, repair, alterations, construction, and modernization initiatives that affect all new and existing government region projects such as office building, detainee facilities, warehouses and courthouses. I was responsible for the management of construction and renovation projects to ensure all assigned projects were executed in accordance with established budgets and schedules to achieve project completion on time and within budget constraints. Coordinated and monitored work for a wide variety of repair, maintenance, renovation, and minor construction projects. Tracked expenditures, prepared annual budgets, scopes, statements of work, purchasing contracts, budget/man-hour cost analysis, and pay estimates, as required. At a different base I served as contracting officers representative for construction projects responsible for the coordination and management of activities pertaining to Real Property Master Planning. I provided administrative support of Planning Branch GIS, installation parametric mapping, long and short-range planning and capital investment for new construction, renovation, repair, and demolition projects.

Before temporarily retiring from working as an engineering technician, I worked for the U.S. Army Corp, where I performed technical engineering tasks to develop and assemble preliminary and final drafts of operations and repair manuals for a variety of complex navigation, flood control, multipurpose civil works, projects. I developed technical policies for dredged material disposal. Prepared design details, layouts, permit drawings, disposal area plans and calculated the dredging pay quantities and prepared survey requests, man-hour/cost estimates.

Eight years later, I started Project Aftermath Temporary Housing Solutions Corporation. After I formed the corporation, I realized that I need a fundraiser to raise funds to finance our 100 projects, so I retired and took ten years off from work to write my two books titled: "How To Go To Heaven And Not Go To Hell" to serve as the fundraiser for my corporation. As CEO of my non-profit corporation, I oversee all activities of my non-profit corporation to include, managing programs and organizing the fundraisers. I developed researched, wrote, edited and proofread content for the two, 826 page books to be sold as a fundraiser for my corporation.

After about 10 years of writing my books, I returned to working for the government where I was responsible for performing technical work in support of Civil Engineer Group community planning functions on a base which included site, facility and hanger investigations, audits, problem resolution and planning future actions to correct identified problems. At a different base, I planed, developed, tracked, log status, and prepared project packages of statements of work, official independent government estimates or "IGE", cost estimates, plans, specifications and associated requirements for construction contracts for the construction, repair, or alteration of navy hangars, equipment and facilities. I assure that the necessary funds and authority have been issued for the project labor hours to prepare the project documents, coordinate contractual matters and procedures during the bidding and award periods with the contracting officer, coordinate technical requirements during the contract negotiation and respond to questions associated with the specifications or other documents during execution of the work, prepare project packages for maintenance contracts. That brings us to today, with the official launch of PATHS on January 1, 2023.

Outside of working for the government, I am a regular guy, like sports, played basketball, took Karate up to the level of purple belt, like working with my hands, building computers from scratch, working on houses, fixing cars. In fact, I am known as the guy who people call when the need help with the car when it breaks down. I never charge the people I help, always assist for free.

What about Politics?

PATHS CORPORATION WILL NOT PARTISIPATE IN TODAYS POLITICS. (Corporate view)

CEO's views on politics.

I first registered as a republican back in 1990. I actually served as an "Alderman" for the republican party in the state of Indiana. I abandoned the republican party after I was challenged to a debate with the local democratic Alderman. We were both instructed to research our parties track record for passing legislation that favored "the people". To my surprise, I could not find any legislation the republican party passed for the people. In fact, I found more cases where the republican party voted against legislation for the people, than I found for the people, so at that time, when I entered the voting booth, I pulled the lever that cast a ballot for the democratic opponent because the record shows that they are the real party of the people, when it comes to passing legislation for the people. Since that time, I no longer participate in politics

But. In light of todays times with the republican party making bold attempts to end our democracy, and the democratic party unwilling to incrassate induvials who openly violate the law, I will look to run for president myself as an independent in 2028 if things don't change for the better. My platform will be as follows, (a. Politics). I would immediately issue an executive order outlawing politics, lobbing and the action of collecting money for campaigning, donations, etc. and replace it with a "high pay" contract salary system that is similar to the contracts NBA basketball players sign. That way, there is no incentive or desire for the "law maker" to show favor to the corporations who would benefit from their illegal actions. Law makers would earn a salary of 5 mil the first year, 10 mil the 2nd, 15 mill the third and 20 mil the forth year. If reelected, their salary repeats itself starting at 25 mil. (b. Economy). I would move America to the front of the line when it comes to creating jobs for the American people by funding all 100 of my corporations projects, creating a future America. I would eliminate the payroll tax and incorporate a tax system based on the goods and service purchases. This immediately put money into citizens pockets permanently, not just a one time stimulus. (c. Immigration). My policy with building the wall or not is to simply just make Mexico a part of the united states by making it a state or territory, like we did with Hawaii. With the number of immigrants we currently have in this country, plus the number that continue to flood across the boarder and no other viable solutions, I would make it a state. Start establishing the American way of life in Mexico first, building homes, water, sewer and get the crime rate under control before completely taking the entire wall down after the new state is established.

What would be the name of this newly created state you ask? Well, the best name for the "new" state would be to call it "New Mexico" but since the United States already has a state with the name "New Mexico", I figured the next best name to call it would be to call it "Old Mexico". It's actually more fitting, don't you think? (d. Foreign Policy). I would select an experienced lawmaker or other high ranking military officer or government official as my vice president, one that I could rely heavily on for advice and direction on how to deal with foreign leaders.
