What Is ND23

About our New Deal 2023 (ND23)

Here at PATHS Corporation, we have developed a solution to the climate change situation and homelessness. To do that we have duplicated the New Deal that president Roosevelt used to get our country out of the great recession back in 1933. When Franklin D. Roosevelt became President on March 4,1933, he developed a program designed to create jobs for the American people. The program was known as the “New Deal 1933.” Under it, the federal government took far more responsibility for the economic welfare of the people than it had in any previous administrations.

The New Deal provided large sums of federal money for direct payments to needy citizens through grants (rather than loans) to the states. It also established various new agencies to provide government-sponsored work for the unemployed. Through the Works Progress Administration (WPA), special projects were devised to provide employment for skilled and unskilled labor. A vast program of public works, the construction of public buildings, highways, dams, and similar projects was begun under the Public Works Administration (PWA), creating many jobs.

PATHS Corporation has devised a “New Deal” for todays economy. We call it “New Deal 2023 or ND23”. PATHS “New Deal 2023” is similar to Roosevelt’s “New Deal 1933” except for the type of jobs and the source of funding. Roosevelt’s “New Deal 1933” program was designed to use federal funds to create new “manufacturing based” jobs here in America, for the American people, to jump start the American economy, whereas PATHS Corporations “New Deal 2023” program is designed to use citizen donations to fund new “service based” jobs here in America, for the American people, to jump start the American economy today. Our plan is to have all 90 projects operational by the year 2023. All of the donations we receive from our merchandise sales will go towards funding our 90 different ND23 projects.

Here is a breakdown of all 90 ND23 projects just waiting for "citizen" funding. Remember, these 90 projects are in addition to our 10 main core projects described in category 1 & 2 plus the 2 independents.

Project #100. ATS
Alternate Transportation System
This is a brand new concept as it pertains to the world of travel. Our ATS is designed to transport a US citizen, anywhere in the US, door-to-door by using a system of exchangeable pods that run along a magnetic rail system called the "SPINE" which stands for (Single Pod Interstate Network Exchange). ATS is a combination of part car (a pod on wheels), part electric rail system and part airline system. This is how it works, The person will enter the pod (which is similar to a car) that will have retractable wheels for local driving from your home to the rail system, and slower speeds on the local streets when not connected to the rail system, and an magnetic levitation rail system that will connect to the pod via the roof to lift the pod up and connect it to the magnetic levitation rail system for long distance traveling. Once connected to the rail system, the pod will have the ability to dock with a "Mothership Shell or MS" where travelers will be able to travel at higher speeds for traveling from state to state. The mothership is shaped like an airplane fuselage. Once docked with the mothership, you will be able to open your door and get out of your pod and walk around inside the mothership. The inside of the mothership will be very similar to the inside of a luxury airliner complete with bathrooms, stewards who will serve you refreshments and meals.

Once you approach your destination, you will return back to your pod, close the door. Then once secured, the pod will be detached from the MS vis its own separate rail system where you will continue on your journey in the city of your choice. Whenever the rail system gets close to your destination, it will lower your pod back down to the road and disconnect itself from the rail system so that you can continue driving to your destination.
