Project #9 TAS. Total Asset Solutions
TAS is designed to manage our company financing of each of our 24 projects, and its employees. Once fully funded, TAS will also offer credit union and other financial programs to citizens like our “Lean Loan” mortgage. This is how it is designed to work. TAS will set aside a 30mil block to be divided up into several smaller amounts to be used to purchase the houses for several customers. The customers will apply for a mortgage with us (our credit union) then, instead of having the citizen put a “down payment” for a certain and making high payments for 30 years, we will purchase the home for our customers in full, but we place a legal lean on the house for the entire amount. The customer will then agree to pay an affordable amount each month ($500 for a house that cost $200k) which we will invest into the stock market. Once the stock market “block of 30mil” is paid back using the monthly payment money from the owners of the house(s), the title is released and the 30mil is reused to create a new “block” for other customers, and the cycle starts over again. The customer will only have to pay their agreed amount for 3 to 5 years or whenever the block is paid back from the stock market proceeds, whichever comes first.
